	Rush order service extremely shorten the manufacturing time of custom products, which is 3 ~ 5 business days as default. The order with rush will be processed instantly and get ready to ship in 24 hours after you paid the order and confirmed the designs, product options and shipping informations.
	Rush order service is ONLY applicable to our custom laser engraved products currently.  As the rush order service is to prioritize up the order in our manufacturing plan, it may also depend on the material inventory, actual manufacturing situation and etc., so please consult us before submit the order to make sure it is qualified for rush order service.
	For the new design that we didn't work with it before, the manufacturing has to be deferred to when all the required information is confirmed by the customer. We may contact you for order details, so please check your email timely. The time spent for the confirmation cycle may prolong the actual time of ready to ship.
	As the normal shipment would take weeks to deliver, so expedited shipping is required for a rush order. Please leave us your correct shipping address and phone number which are required for express shipment. P.O. box is NOT applicable for express shipping, please provide a physical address.
	The rush order service is NOT a strictly forced to satisfy term as it depends on too many internal and external conditions, which may cause delay. By whatever reason we cannot ship the order in 24 hours after the order is confirmed and paid, we will refund the payment of the rush order service itself, but not including the products and the shipping cost that already generated.

• Can I choose multiple finish colors in an order (one sale unit)

Yes, we support mixture of colors in one sale unit. Please just choose the 'Mixing' from the color option and leave a note on the order with the quantity divided for each color.

• What shall I do if I have a problem of working with 'Custom Now'

If you don't have a transparent image of logo, or there is a software problem to work the 'Custom Now' properly, please send your logo image to us via email or Facebook Messenger. We will work out a mock-up for you.

• Shall I send or upload the logo image each time I place an order

You don't have to upload your logo if Findingbox has already processed with it before. We may contact you to confirm if the shape/size of products is different to the previous order you placed. Only the logo design is a new one, you need to upload or send the image to Findingbox.

• How long will the product be ready to ship (lead time)
