This company REFUSES to communicate. Iβve purchased many tags from them and the last two orders were a nightmare. This last one was shipped to a completely wrong address after I made sure to confirm (without a response) the shipping address. It took 3 months only to find out it went to a totally different address and the third party shopping company couldnβt track it down so it was therefore lost. I emailed, WhatsApp and used the chat box to try to reach these people and they donβt respond- it's infuriating. When they finally responded they said they can ship a new batch out - so, i gave them the correct address AGAIN and then asked if they could confirm they have it and NO response AGAIN. Now 2.5 more months later i donβt have my tags and zero communication. I finally got a tracking and it said it was delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS. Now Iβm trying to reach these people and no one will respond.
I just donβt understand what the hell these people are doing. I want a refund! Iβm done dealing with this and my own business was delayed bec of them.

We had issues with my logo appearing clearly on these tags (be sure to approve your image first), but Albert has been kindly assisting to rectify the issue. For the new design that we didn't work with it before, the manufacturing has to be deferred to when all the required information is confirmed by the customer. - Can I choose multiple finish colors in an order (one sale unit)
- Yes, we support mixture of colors in one sale unit. Please just choose the 'Mixing' from the color option and leave a note on the order with the quantity divided for each color.
- What shall I do if I have a problem of working with 'Custom Now'
- If you don't have a transparent image of logo, or there is a software problem to work the 'Custom Now' properly, please send your logo image to us via email or Facebook Messenger. We will work out a mock-up for you.
- Shall I send or upload the logo image each time I place an order
- You don't have to upload your logo if Findingbox has already processed with it before. We may contact you to confirm if the shape/size of products is different to the previous order you placed. Only the logo design is a new one, you need to upload or send the image to Findingbox.
- How long will the product be ready to ship (lead time)
The lead time depends on the processing methods.
Basically laser engraved and mechanical engraved product takes 2 ~ 3 business days, and you can pay rush order to make it finished in 24 hours.
The printed cotton pouch takes one week, and gold foiled pouch takes 10 days.
The etched product takes 2 weeks roughly.
- What's the time frame of shipment
As default, we ship via registered airmail, which takes 2 ~ 3 weeks to major countries. Sometimes it would be late due to the mailing traffic and custom processing efficiency.
We strongly recommend shipping by DHL, which takes 3 days to USA, Australia, Japan and some Asia countries, and 3 ~ 5 days to all the other countries.
